Can you share your experiences with AAA and California Casualty auto insurance?
I am currently with AAA. Service has not been bad but far from ideal: - My agent, an unbearably chatty chap, forgot to disclose a couple of important things related to payments. - Whenever I have to call my local office I always get a weary response and an "I'd rather be at the beach" at ude. I am a teacher, so I qualify for discounted premiums at California Casualty. I wonder if I could get any endorsements / experiences here. - you need to provide more info. you call your office about what coverage ? claim filed ? what is your questions AAA is a great co I am an insurance adjuster and i go from shop to shop in So Cal and they all say when it comes to insurance paying for repairs right away AAA is one of the best out there. more details will be better i have not heard anything about Ca Casualty never even heard it mentioned at the shops i go. also remember everyone says get the best deal but you pay what you get and if you pay cheap rates and thats your only concern than good luck when it comes to file a claim
